Lori Kondrat, RN, MNM, CLNC​


   I am certified as a legal nurse consultant,CLNC®,and have extensive experience as a registered nurse. I have worked in private, public, and university hospital settings. Over 20 of those years have been at a non-profit HMO . I have been a staff nurse,working at the bedside of patients, and have held leadership positions in many primary care and specialty areas. I have current experience in reviewing and summarizing complex personal injury cases, as well as cases involving elder negligence and abuse, wrongful death, and injuries sustained in SNF's, ALF, LTC and Home Health Care.

   My years of experience has helped me hone the skills needed to become an expert CLNC®, especially in review and analysis of medical records, research, and knowing the importance of adhering to standards of care. I understand the workings of the health care delivery system, and can address both the clinical and organizational sides of your cases. 

   I graduated from Mercy School of Nursing of Detroit, received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saint Francis, and hold a Master's Degree in non-profit management from Regis University.  I became certified as a CLNC® in 2016 through the Vickie Milazzo Institute. 















Member of the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants,the American Nurses Association, and the Colorado Nurses Association.

As an attorney,you are the legal expert. As a CLNC ®, I bring the knowledge of the health care system to help you produce a strong case and the best outcome for your client.

CLNC® services include:
  • Screening medical cases for merit.
  • Identifying and reviewing hospital, outpatient or other facility's policies and procedures, and other tangible items.
  • Assessing and reviewing the medical record, including the electronic medical record, and looking for potential evidence of tampering.
  • Identifying and interpreting applicable standards of care, and adherence or deviation to these standards.
  • Researching medical and nursing literature and entering authoritative results into the case analysis.
  • Preparing verbal and written reports, and chronological time lines of medical events relative to the case.
